What is SignalShot?
SignalShot is a cryptocurrency news intelligence app that monitors news sources in real-time and delivers AI-analyzed news with personalized impact ratings for the coins you follow.
How do impact ratings work?
Our AI analyzes each news article and assigns an impact score from 1-10 for each cryptocurrency mentioned. Higher scores indicate news more likely to affect the price.
How do I follow cryptocurrencies?
Go to the Following tab and tap the + button to search and add cryptocurrencies. You'll receive push notifications when high-impact news arrives for your followed coins.
How do push notifications work?
When news arrives that impacts your followed cryptocurrencies, you'll receive a notification with the AI analysis and impact score. You can manage notifications in Settings.
What is SignalAI?
SignalAI is our Pro feature that lets you chat with an AI assistant about crypto markets, ask questions about specific news, and get deeper analysis on market trends.
What's included in the free plan?
Free users can follow up to 3 cryptocurrencies, view all news with AI analysis and impact ratings, and access real-time price tracking.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Tap the SignalAI tab or go to Settings to view subscription options. Pro unlocks unlimited crypto follows, SignalAI chat, and priority push notifications.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings → Subscriptions to manage or cancel your SignalShot Pro subscription.
How do I reset my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your email, and you'll receive a 6-digit code to reset your password. The code expires in 30 minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete Account. This is permanent and will remove all your data including followed coins and preferences.
